We had such an excellent experience with Seana as our realtor. She made the process incredibly easy and was always there to answer any of our questions. She was also readily available no matter what day or time! She had our house up for sale on a Friday and we were in contract by Sunday- you need her as your realtor! We are now in the process of building a new house and she has been there every step of the way. No one else I would recommend more than Seana!!!

From the first phone call with our agent (Eric Hammersmith) his professionalism and expertise of the market was evident. He was confident that we could meet our goals even on a very tight timeline. During our first meeting in person he was patient, professional, and provided data backed analysis on the market we were in. This analysis allowed us to have a better understanding of today’s housing market and what to expect. These numbers were 100% accurate in our case! Exact number of days on the market and very close on expected value we would receive. My family and I couldn’t be happier after working with Mr. Hammersmith.
