We had just listed out house. Amy told us at the time of signing the listing agreement that houses in our price range/location usually sold within 120 days. I was excited, needless to say. The for sale sign went up in our yard......then we were told to stay in place for COVID 19. Oh no!! This house will never sell. Not to worry.....the Clark Group found us a buyer and we closed within the 120 days. Everyone lived happily ever after! A BIG thank you to the Clark Group.
